“When we started with Angie Denson, my husband had been in Saint Louis for 3.5 months and I was visiting and had spent barely more than a month there. We met with Angie online, and she spent hours and hours telling us about the city, introducing us to different neighborhoods and the ages and prices of houses. One night she sat with us until 1 AM on Zoom and showed us zones on the suburbs on the city map. When we went to see houses, she would make sure we were the first to enter the house, way before the open house. Also, seeing houses with her was an educational process for us: she'd teach us about cracks and discolorations and the neighborhoods, etc. What changed our destiny with house hunting was how Angie went ahead with getting the seller's disclosure and making an appointment for us in two hours. I was not in town, so, even in this market (of March 2022), she made it possible for us to both win the offer and wait for me to fly in and see the house before the inspection results were in. Angie helped us with finding the right lender, inspectors, roofing companies, cleaning services, etc. We really appreciate what she did for us, and we highly recommend.”
